Several classes have been created or added after the printer's deadline for the Schedule of Classes. These were approved of by the Virginia State Board of Education in a recent special session. The classes are as follows: KIN311a High Impact Aerobics. 3 credits. Classes meet at Shenandoah Regional Airport. Prerequisites: None. Students will learn how to combine aerobic exercise with no-parachute free fall techniques. PHYS472 Applications in Critical Mass. 3 credits. Miller 101 and 317. Seminar with field experience. Students will develop and build devices which make use of plutonium and enriched uranium. Students may not take both this class and POSC 492 (Post-Atomic Urban Renewal) ENG292 Freud and Doctor Seuss. 3 credits. Keezell 310. Covers the sexual undertones of Dr. Seuss's books, with especial concentration on the recurring fish imagery of his eariler works. MATH610 Complex Numbers and Their Use in a Dating Environment. 2 credits Seminar. Buruss 32. Students will develop techniques to apply complex mathematics to social environments. Field applications will be tested in local establishments. POSC417 Conquest: Theory and Practice. 3 credits. Covers the development of military force, political methods of waging war, and subversive techniques. Students will be required to complete a final project in Central America.
